Section 44 in Sher-I-Kashmir Universities of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982
44. Delegation of powers.
- The University Council and the Board may, by order delegate the powers exercisable by them under this Act or the Statutes made thereunder, to any authority, officer, heads of divisions, departments institution or units subject to such conditions and restrictions as they may deem proper.
