1. The Division Bench (Coram : Ranjit More & Smt. Bharati H. Dangre, JJ.), who is assigned the Writ Petition as per roster, is not available. In view of urgency, the matter was mentioned and listed before us.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners invites our attention to the order dated 14 th October, 2014 passed by the Division Bench (Coram : V.M. Kanade & P.D. Kode, JJ.), order dated 5th March, 2015 passed by Division Bench (Coram : Ranjit More & Anuja Prabhudessai, JJ.) and order dated 27 th February, 2018 passed by Division Bench (Coram : B.R. It is submitted that when the trial is stayed by this Court, there is no question of proceeding further with the trial.
3. Since the Division Bench (Coram : Ranjit More & Smt. Bharati H. Dangre, JJ.) is not available, without entering upon the merits of the contentions raised in the Petition, an earlier ad-
interim stay granted to the trial, to continue till 12 th September, 2018.
4. Parties to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
5. Place the Petition before the appropriate Bench on 12 th September, 2018.
