5. Licensing Authority to conduct the test.
[Section 28]. - (1) If the application for grant of a licence is found in order under Rule 4, the test for a learner's licence specified in rule 11 and for a driving licence specified in rule 15 of the Central Rules shall be conducted by the licensing authority.(2)For the purpose of test in terms of sub-rule (1) the applicant shall produce himself at such time and place as may be specified by the licensing authority and bring with him a serviceable vehicle of the class to which the application belongs for testing purposes.
