Section 6(1) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Rules, 1965
(1)The signature of the applicants on the application for registration of a Society shall be attested by [at least two witnesses of whom one shall be the organiser] [Substituted Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No.500, dated 23.4.1997.].
