Section 26(4) in The Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Hoardings Act, 1985
(4)Every Committee shall, in selecting places for erection of hoardings, have regard to the following matters, namely:-(a)the location of the proposed hoarding;(b)the effect of such hoarding on moving traffic; and(c)such other matters as may be prescribed.
