Section 6(1) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)(a)The Commission shall have the power to appoint the Secretary, Officers and other employees for discharging various duties.(b)The Commission may appoint or engage Consultants to assist the Commission in the discharge of its functions.
