1. Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a judgment dated 03.01.2024 rendered by this Court in a bunch of writ petitions led by S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5515/2004 (Mangilal Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr.), in the following terms:-

"In view of the discussions made above, the writ petitions stand disposed of and it is ordered that if the petitioners file any representation for redressal of their grievances in light of the notification/order dated 18.11.2000 within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondents expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation, strictly in accordance with law by way of passing a speaking order.

2. The present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the judgment rendered in the case of Mangilal (supra).
