				         ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, against the order dated 21.04.2009 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Yanam, in unnumbered C.C.No. of 2009.

2.A perusal of the records would disclose that the compliant given by the petitioner/accused against the respondents had been summarily rejected by the court below, on the ground that though a registered document is presented before it, the complainant had not taken any steps to cancel the valid registered document. It is further stated in the order that the issue involved is civil in nature and the complainant has got a civil remedy. Challenging the said rejection order, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4.From the perusal of the records, it is clear that the petitioner has got a civil remedy and it is seen that this petition has been filed in the year 2009 and the learned counsel for the petitioner is unaware about the present position. I do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the Court below. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
