Section 6(2) in West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development Act, 2013
(2)The name of every person appointed or, as the case may be, nominated under section 5 as a member of the Council shall, as soon as may be after such appointment or nomination is made, be published in the Official Gazette.
