ORDER
08.09.2023 Learned counsel appearing the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court a copy of Revised Pension Authorization letter dated 21.08.2023 issued by the Senior Accounts Officer, wherein three conditions have been mentioned and in condition no. (ii) it is specifically mentioned whether the petitioner has availed any car advance from Administrative Department, to which, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner stated at the Bar that the petitioner has not availed any advance loan.
Be that as it may, Mr. Nanda, learned Sr. AAG shall verify whether the petitioner has availed any advance car loan within one week and in case it is found that the petitioner has not availed any car loan from Administrative department, NOC shall be issued in his favour within two days thereafter.
