2. Short title and Commencement.
(1)These Rules may be cited as Rules of the High Court of Rajasthan, 1952, and shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 1952. They shall apply to proceedings and matters in the Rajasthan High Court commencemenced on, or subsequent to that date and, so far as may be also to proceedings and matters pending on that date.(2)An amendment to these Rules shall apply to proceedings and matters in the Court commenced on or subsequent to the date of the amendment and so far as may be also to proceedings and matters pending on that date.
