Section 13(2) in Himachal Pradesh Prevention of Beggary Act, 1979
(2)For the purpose of sub-section (1) the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette and subject to such conditions as it may deem fit to impose, declare any institution such as 'children home', 'destitute home', run by the Government or by any other institution, and on such declaration the said home or institution shall be deemed to be a beggar home established under this Act:Provided that any such condition may require that the management of the beggar home shall, wherever practicable, be entrusted to a woman.
