Section 9(c) in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procedure, Terms and Conditions for Grant of Trading Licence and other Related Matters) Regulations, 2009
(c)submit to the Commission copies of the Annual Reports including Directors' report, Auditors' report, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account pertaining to inter-State trading segment of the business alongwith all the schedules and notes to the accounts, not later than nine months after the close of the year to which they relate and shall keep them posted in its website or in any authorised website for a period of at least two years thereafter.
