Section 20(1) in Andhra Pradesh Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011
(1)A weight or measure which is, or is deemed to be, duly verified and stamped by or under the Act or under these Rules shall be deemed to conform to the standards established by or under the Act at every place within the State in which it is stamped unless it is found on inspection or verification that such weight or measure has ceased to conform to the standards established by or under the Act.
