(r)"Registrar" means the Registrar referred to in Section 4 of the Rajasthan Cooperative Societies Act, 2001 (Act No. 16 of 2002) to perform the functions of the Registrar and includes any person appointed to assist the Registrar when exercising all or any of the powers of the Registrar;
