In these Rules -(a)"the Act" means the Bihar Mica Act, 1947 (Bihar Act 10 of 1948).(b)"Form" means a form in the Schedule in these Rules.(c)"Inspector of Mica Accounts" means the person appointed by the Provincial Government under Section 11 under the designation of Inspector of Mica Accounts.(d)"Section" means a Section of the Act.
