ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2023.
3. A bare perusal of the contents of the petitioner's representation, dated 01.02.2023 addressed to the 2nd respondent clearly indicates that the request of the petitioner pertains to providing certain documents for the purpose of filing a detailed counter along with all the relevant documents to the show cause notice No.TS/RO/HYD- I/Recovery/63406/PDRC10939/18 and R.C.2717/2022, dated 20.12.2022 issued to the petitioner, but however, a bare perusal of the contents of the representation of the petitioner dated 01.02.2023 clearly indicates that the same does not have details of all the documents required by the petitioner.
4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the 2 WP_3051_2023 SN,J petitioner to file a fresh detailed representation to the 2nd respondent requesting to provide the required documents giving all the particulars of the documents required by the petitioner, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same and provide the same to the petitioner, within a period of two (02) weeks, thereafter. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
