Section 222 in Gauhati Municipal Corporation Act, 1971
222. Cutting off of supply to premises.
- If any person whose premises are supplied with water, neglects to pay any sum payable under section 218 when due, the Commissioner may cut off the supply of water from the said premises with due notice.
