Section 15(1) in Gujarat Compulsory Primary Education Act, 1961
(1)When a scheme for compulsory primary education has been sanctioned, no fees shall be charged within the area of compulsion in any school maintained by the State Government or the local authority, as the case may bo, in respect of any child for attending in the standards included in the scheme.
