Section 25(2) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Act, 1956
(2)On and from the said date--(a)all properties and funds which, immediately before the said date, were in the possession of the Commission for the purposes of this Act shall vest in the Central Government; and(b)all members shall vacate their office as members of the Commission.
