Section 28(3) in Assam Elementary Education Act, 1962
(3)The Assistant Secretary, the Block Development Officer and the Local Authority shall deposit the amount received under sub-section (1) in a Government Treasury, post Office Savings Bank or any other Bank approved by the Government and shall disburse the same in the manner prescribed.
