8. Additions and alterations to the lift or escalator or passenger conveyor installation.
- No additions or alterations other than those required to be made under sub-section (1) of section 15, shall be made to any lift or escalator or passenger conveyor installation as the case may be, except with the previous permission in writing of the authorized officer.
