Section 72(3) in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
(3)In foreign waters, boats shall fly their ensigns when away from their ships at any time between dawn and dark, and on the occasion specified in sub-clause. (ii) of Cl. (b) of sub-regulation (1).
