423. Rules and regulations to be available for inspection and purchase.
(1)A copy of all rules and regulations made under this Act shall be kept at the office of the Municipality and shall, during office hours, be open, free of charge, to inspection by any inhabitant of the municipal area.(2)Copies of all such rules and regulations shall be kept at the office of the Municipality and shall be sold to the public at such price as the Board of Councilors may determine.
