Section 20(c) in Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Rules, 2005
(c)The Commission may spend such sum as it may think fit for performing its functions under the Act, and such sums shall be treated as an expenditure payable out of the Fund of the Regulatory Commission.
