Section 24(4) in Haryana Municipal Corporation Election Rules, 1994
(4)Nothing in this rule shall prevent any candidate from being nominated by filing more than one nomination paper for election in the same ward :Provided that not more than four nomination papers shall be presented by or on behalf of any candidate or accepted by the Returning Officer for election in the same ward.
