Section 21(1) in The M.P. Samaj Ke Kamjor Vargon Ke Liye Vidhik Sahayata Tatha Vidhik Salah Adhiniyam, 1976
(1)Minutes shall be kept of the names of the members present and of the proceedings at each meeting of the Board or a Committee. The minutes shall at all reasonable times be open to inspection free of charge by any member of the Board or a Committee as the case may be.
