94. Recovery of cost.
- The cost awarded under Section 93 may be recovered. on ]n application made by Registrar to the Magistrate having jurisdiction over the place where the persons against whom the cost is recoverable resides or carries on business or trade or property of such persons is situated and such Magistrate shall recover the same as if it were a fine imposed by himself.
