27. Other financial provisions.
(1)The financial provisions set out in the Second Schedule shall have effect with respect to an Authority or Commission.(2)A council shall be authorised to maintain an independent account, for receipt and expenditure of moneys from the Fund, conforming to the provisions of this Act.
