Application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgment is allowed.
On hearing learned counsel for the parties, it was sought to be mooted whether a settlement can be worked out inter se the parties rather than starting a second round of litigation. In order Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by R Natarajan Date: 2021.04.13 17:19:15 IST to Reason: appreciate the factual contours of the controversy, it is necessary that the number of people claiming rights should be 2 placed before us as also the number of vacancies which arose from the time the second settlement was arrived at till its termination. The needful be done within two weeks and in the meantime, the learned Advocate General and learned senior counsel appearing on caveat for the respondent may make an endeavour to work out the solution themselves also.
