Section 2(f) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984
(f)persons re-employed on superannuation;(ii)"Employees of the Commission in the trading establishment" means the employees of the Commission whose expenditure is met from the earnings of trading activities for which funds are provided from loans received from the Central Government.
