Section 14(d) in Tamil Nadu Fire Service Rules, 1990
(d)(i)The structure of pay and allowances and the emoluments connected with their appointment shall be fixed by the Government, from time to time.(ii)Their discipline, control and appeal shall be governed by the [Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1955] [Now, the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules.] and the Tamil Nadu Government Servants Conduct Rules, 1973.
