Section 20(1) in Orissa Rural Infrastructure and Socio-Economic Development Rules, 2005
(1)The Department shall cause the Budget Estimate of the fund for every financial year to be prepared on or before the first day of January of the financial year next preceding, and thereafter, the Budget estimate shall be forwarded to the Finance Department on or before first day of February of the year for approval.
