Section 40(1) in The Gujarat Agricultural Universities Act, 2004
(1)All colleges, which have become constituent colleges under clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 66, and all colleges within the University area, which may hereafter become University colleges, shall be the constituent colleges of the University.
