(1)(a)The provisions contained in Part II of this Act are hereby enacted and shall be deemed to have had effect on and from the first day of August, 1914.(b)The Punjab Courts Act, 1914, and Punjab Act, IV of 1914, or so much of them as may be valid, are repealed on and from the first day of August, 1914.
