Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record the written instructions dated 30-05-2022 submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Paloncha Rural Police Station and the same is made as part of the record.
From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that the after completion of investigation the Investigating Officer in Crime No.103 of 2021 of Paloncha Rural Police Station referred the same as 'false' vide proceedings dated 21-01-2022.
In view of the same, this Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
