(2)A public notice stating the fact that the draft Comprehensive Master Plan of a local Planning area or a part thereof, as the case may be, has been approved by the Board and setting forth clearly the boundaries of such local planning area shall also be published in at least two newspapers in circulation in the local area, one of which shall be of the official language of the state.
