Section 21(2) in Jharkhand Excise (Country Liquor Manufacturing, Bottling and Storage) Rules, 2018
(2)The Excise Commissioner may require any country liquor manufactory to affix security holograms or excise adhesive labels or shrink sleeves or any other distinguishing mark on the cap of the bottle or neck of the bottle or on the label of the bottle or one or more combinations thereof or at any portion of the body of the bottle, as may be directed by him from time to time.
