Section 3 in The Mineral (Auction) Rules, 2015

3. [ Application. [Substituted by Notification No. G.S.R. 1469(E), dated 30.11.2017 (w.e.f. 20.5.2015).]

- These rules shall apply to all minerals, except-
(i)minerals notified as minor minerals specified under clause (e) of section 3
(ii)minerals specified in Part A of the First Schedule to the Act and
(iii)minerals specified in Part B of the First Schedule to the Act having grade equal to or more than the threshold value as specified and notified under the Atomic Minerals Concession Rule, 2016.]
