Section 1(e) in Tamil Nadu Cyclone Prone Area Special Building Rules, 1982

(e)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Building Rules, these special building rules shall apply and in cases of inconsistency between these special building rules and the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Building Rules, 1972, the special building rules shall prevail.
