Section 18 in Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009
18. Other officers.
(1)The University may appoint such other officers as may be necessary for its functioning.(2)The manner of appointment of other officers of the University and their powers and functions shall be such as may be specified in the Statutes or the Ordinances.
