10. Appeal.
(1)An appeal to the Appellate Officer under sub-section (1) of section 6 shall be filed in Form II or in any other format containing the particulars mentioned in the said Form.(2)An appeal to the Reviewing Officer under sub-section (3) of section 6 shall be filed in Form Ill or in any other format containing the particulars mentioned in the said Form.
