Section 20(1) in Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001
(1)The bye-laws of the society shall specify the frequency and the manner in which the meetings of the Committee and General Body shall be held, so however that the Committee shall meet at least once in every three months and the General Body shall meet at least once in a year.
