Section 4(2) in The Metro Railways (Carriage and Ticket) Rules, 2014
(2)No person shall take or cause to be taken on the metro railway any of the following offensive materials, namely:-(a)blood dried or coagulated or decomposed, whether human or animal ;(b)corpses;(c)carcasses of dead animals or of dead birds;(d)bones excluding bleached and cleaned bones;(e)human skeleton;(f)parts of human body;(g)portable radio devices which possess risk to radio communication network and communication based traffic control signalling network ;
