Section 23 in Himachal Pradesh Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 1979
23. Exemption from service on inquest.
- Notwithstanding anything in any other law for the time being in force, every registered practitioner shall be exempted, if he so desires, from serving on any inquest under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974).
