Section 52(1) in The M.P. Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1977
(1)During study leave availed outside India, a Government servant shall draw leave salary equal to the pay (without allowance other than dearness allowance) that the Government servant drew while on duty with Government immediately before proceeding on such leave.
