Section 12(3) in The Orissa Communal Offenders (Conditions of Detention) Order, 1995
(3)Amount sent to a detenu in discharge of liability of the sender to the detenu shall be received by the Superintendent and treated in the manner laid down in Sub-clauses (1) and (2) for the disposal of the amounts referred to therein.
