Section 13(1) in The M.P. Electricity Reforms First Transfer Scheme Rules, 2003
(1)If any doubt, dispute, difference or issue shall arise in regard to the transfers under these Scheme Rules subject to the provisions of the Act, the decision of State Government thereon shall be final and binding on all parties.
