2 Patna High Court MJC No.402 of 2014 (3) dt.07-05-20142/2
Cr. W.J.C. No. 312 of 2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The prayer of the petitioner in paragraph 1 of the petition is as under:-
"1. That this petitioner has filed this Criminal Writ Petition in the nature of mandamus or any other(s), writ(s) commanding upon the respondents:-
(A) to direct the respondent Nos.-2 to 4 to protect the life and property of the petitioner from respondent No. 5 to 7 and their muscleman who have grabed the movable and immovable properties of the petitioner and are threatening to kill this petitioner if he will come to his native village.
(B) to give other(s) relief(s) which your Lordships may think deem fit and proper."
The petition is thoroughly misconceived. In case the petitioner has any grievance against the private respondents, he can inform the police or approach the court of C.J.M. by way of filing a complaint.
Dismissed.
