Section 15(1) in Andhra Pradesh Micro Finance Institutions (Regulation of Money Lending) Rules, 2011
(1)No Micro Finance Institution shall levy any charge or impose any cost by whatever name called, on the borrowers except the interest rate as disclosed in the letter granting the loan and as reported in the Form 1 and in Form 4.
